Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, krelontix LLC proudly ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our facility at 4115 U.S. Rte 1 South, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852, US. Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and prepare your items for shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Once processed, orders are shipped via standard ground services and typically arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery directly through the carrier's website.
Accurate Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. krelontix LLC is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
While we take great care in packaging your furniture, unforeseen issues can occur during transit.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@krelontix.com or +1 (732) 438-8000 within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage to the item and its packaging. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue.
- Lost Shipments: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will assist you in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier.
