30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team during business hours, Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST:

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable. Please do not send your item back to us without first receiving return authorization.

Return Shipping

krelontix LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns. This means you will not be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once you receive the label, simply print it, attach it to your securely packaged item, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Inspecting Your Return & Refunds

Once your returned item is received at our facility (4115 U.S. Rte 1 South, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852, US) and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within 48 hours is preferred) at support@krelontix.com or +1 (732) 438-8000. Please include photos of the damage or defect. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

Exchanges

We generally do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the item you no longer want and place a new order for the item you prefer. This ensures you get the correct item faster.

No Restocking Fees

krelontix LLC does not charge any restocking fees for returns that meet our policy requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or are returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
